This Privacy Policy explains how Defense Diagnostics Inc. (“DEFENT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information submitted by residents of the City of West Hollywood participating in the DEFENT distribution program.

Through our partnership with the City of West Hollywood, eligible resident households may request up to five (5) free DEFENT devices per month. This program is designed to support harm-reduction and community safety initiatives within the city.


2. Information We Collect

To process your order, we may collect the following information:

  • Full name
  • Residential address (for eligibility verification and shipping)
  • Email address and/or phone number (for communication regarding your order)
  • Optional demographic information

The City of West Hollywood may collect certain demographic data through this program to help improve its census records and better understand community participation in local harm-reduction initiatives. Any demographic data provided is used only for statistical and program evaluation purposes and is not linked to your personal order information.

Your information is used solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. Specifically, we may use your data to:

  • Ship your DEFENT devices
